My name is Gabriella Molnar and I am the proud owner of Gaby Massage and Beauty. I launched my business over 15 years ago when my third child was born. I originally trained at Essentials for Health Massage School in London as a Level 5 Sports Massage Therapist and have continued to increase my knowledge. I decided two years ago to start something else and I did a Level 2 Beauty therapist course and Level 3 Facial Electrical course. I have a fully equipped treatment room in my home in St Albans, near Verulamium Park with free parking. I have offer an extensive range of treatments, including Deep Tissue Massage with cupping, Sports massage treatments, BEMER vascular therapy for pain relief and facial treatments.

Massage Treatments
Sports massage for female clients only
(using cupping and massage gun)
Developed to help the muscle systems before or after any sports activity, to prevent injuries or promote flexibility. Sports massage is also a great way to help and speed up healing after an injury.

Deep tissue massage for female clients only
(using cupping and massage gun)
I focus on the deeper layers of muscle tissue aiming to release the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep finger pressure on.

Workaholic massage
I start with a whole body deep relaxation massage and following with a stress-relieving signature head massage to reduce mental stress and stimulate your mind followed by face and neck massage.

Neck magic massage
After I warm up the muscles to release the tense of the upper back, neck shoulder and chest area, I focus to release the painful muscle nodules. This recommend to those who suffer from migraine and headaches regularly.

Lymphatic drainage massage
This is a gentle massage technique used to encourage the lymphatic system to drain excess fluid and toxins, potentially reducing swelling and improving overall health. ​

Generally, a client will opt for a course of 6 treatments to be performed every 7-10 days to get maximum effect. After completing a course you can then go to have a monthly maintenance treatment to help you maintain the results achieved.
